4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Once verified, Tamiya Malaysia will arrange the replacement process. Any additional delivery costs caused by the incorrect shipment will be covered by us.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return request has been approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Tamiya Malaysia.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

6. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges may be provided for:

  • Incorrect items received.
  • Defective or damaged products.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may provide a refund or alternative solution.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Customers are advised to use a trackable delivery service when returning items.

Tamiya Malaysia is not responsible for returned parcels lost during delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
